All our instructors were competitive swimmers - whether it was club team, high, school, college or master. This means they know the finer skills of swimming and, while that may not seem to matter when just starting to swim, it really does! It is always best to start the correct way, rather than change an incorrect habit. In addition, all SwimHamptons instructors have grown up by the ocean, and have extensive ocean skills.
