CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope you don’t have to cancel your Hamptons swim lessons. If you do, please let us know as far in advance as possible. The following is our cancellation policy:
1 week or longer - no charge
Less than 1 week to 48 hours - 50%
Less than 48 hours - 100%
If cancelling the day of your lesson, contact us and we will try and notify your instructor. Instructors may not get the message, as cell service can be intermittent. and instructors are in/out of lessons and may not check messages. The FULL lesson fee is incurred.
Lessons are NOT cancelled for rain. Lessons are cancelled for thunder/lightning/downpour.
